Step 2: We’ll contact your client.

We’ll reach out to them directly to make sure we’re a good fit, provide them with all the information they need to make an informed decision, & walk them through next steps.

Step 3: You get paid.

Once your property owner’s house has been leased, you get paid 20% of the rent. That’s all there is to our Realtor Referral Program. Super simple. If you are trying to help somebody find a rental property, we’re happy to co-broke your efforts!
