The 2022 NARPM National Conference in Las Vegas, NV

In October, we attended the 2022 National NARPM Conference in Las Vegas. We were treated to an opening keynote by Rob VanWinkle, better known as Vanilla Ice, to gain insight on he launched his real estate career as an investor and landlord. We spent a week in Vegas learning about new technology, business trends, legal updates, and the highlight (for me anyway) of the Benchmark study completed by NARPM on industry standards for property managers. This study compared key point indicators for businesses ranging from less than 50 doors to over 2,000 doors to provide a broad spectrum comparison on how our business performance aligns with the industry. We spent time in classes on process building, staying afloat in a recession, and how to be better employer. We always walk away from this conference with our heads spinning with ideas and we hope we are able to dazzle you with some of the things we learned over the next year.
